I ordered a 10lb box of ‘Big Jim’ hatch peppers, and was sent a box of mostly small, 4-6” green, immature peppers. I was told if I wanted the large, mature Big Jims they advertise that I should have specified I wanted ripe peppers when placing the order. What a joke!
