Sent a faulty radiator then didn't want to know regarding returns. Fobbed me off with the manufacturer contrary to Consumer Rights Act. Office administrator woman has a seriously bad attitude and sent rude emails. I have insisted upon a return and refund and will sue the Heater Shop if I don't get it.
