“I received one radiator with a damaged LCD display, and another stopped working just a few weeks later. The company is asking me to return the radiators for replacement, but they’re already fully installed, and the original packaging is in the rubbish. How am I supposed to send them back packaged? On top of that, customer service is dreadful, only replying to emails once a week or sometimes not responding at all. Very disappointed with the product and the lack of support.”
“Sent a faulty radiator then didn't want to know regarding returns. Fobbed me off with the manufacturer contrary to Consumer Rights Act. Office administrator woman has a seriously bad attitude and sent rude emails. I have insisted upon a return and refund and will sue the Heater Shop if I don't get it.”
“Avoid this company! They sold me a heater which was badly damaged, either by themselves or by the delivery company they contracted to do this. They then told me their company policy is that if you do not fully open and check the contents within a 24 hour period, they will not do anything to help, which clearly goes against a consumer statutory rights”

Wow, how has this company got good reviews I don't know. Ordered something on Monday, paid extra for AM next day delivery, it's now Friday and still hasn't been dispatched, despite phoning all week and being told by staff "it'll arrive tomorrow". Now had to cancel the job I was doing, definitely would not recommend this company or use them again.”
“Appalling service. I could have some sympathy but they choose to use DX as their courier of choice despite admitting that they continually get complaints. After four "failed" delivery attempts (no-one attempted delivery) I asked that they send another item with a different courier. "That's not possible until we get this one back from the courier" Like it was my fault it was stuck out there on a van somewhere. Can I have a refund then. "Yes when we get the item back!" Again, it's not my fault its stuck out there!
Always judge a Company by how they deal with problems, not the problem itself. Well in this case they washed their hands of any responsibility!”
“The most terrible experience I have ever had. No customer service in any way. No email answering. The item has different colour totally on the Web. We returned on our expenses.and didn't get a refund because of the BOX it was not brand new. Now how can a package be like new if you open it????? Very bad experience I would never get back and I don't recommend to anyone . I have lost over £200 .I have called many times .they said I can arrange return obiusly on my expense. They never did what they promised on the phone and never email the return address. Over the phone the lady said the item was disposed because we didn't go to collect, when a week ago another "lady" said we will get a email with the address. No energy for this .
In the end we didn't want anything just the heater that was in the picture but wasn't nothing to do with reality
I hope your business will not go to far because is not absolutely fair how you are dealing with your customers. The way you deal with your customers is the way your business will go well or not .
