I received one radiator with a damaged LCD display, and another stopped working just a few weeks later. The company is asking me to return the radiators for replacement, but they’re already fully installed, and the original packaging is in the rubbish. How am I supposed to send them back packaged? On top of that, customer service is dreadful, only replying to emails once a week or sometimes not responding at all. Very disappointed with the product and the lack of support.
