I ordered a Mother & Child lamp before Christmas which was delivered within 2 days. I assembled it and it was working well. However very soon afterwards a lamp blew, then the replacement bulb was very dim and eventually that blew. I could only contact the sales team in between Xmas & New Year as the Customer Service guys were not around until 3rd January, so they left a message for me and said I would be contacted on the 3rd. I also left an email message. Well blow me down, an email arrived midday on the 3rd saying a replacement was on it's way which arrived the next day, the 4th. Now assembled and working fine. Thank you Customer Service at THLC. You would have had 5 stars had I not had the original problem; but this was dealt with very expediently. Will use you again and recommend to my friends. Alan
