Bought 3 complete lights. One didn’t work after a lot of calling they replaced the one, Nice Right. Well after a few years we decided to get another 3 complete, these were better made then the original the price was very expensive, so we bought another set, 2 of them worked but one never turns Off in morning. I needed to replace it. They never answer their phone now they’re saying it’s been 30 days NO REPLACEMENT, But they will sell me another at 20% off. What a RIP I’ll Never Buy From Them NEVER 😡

Worse place ever to deal with !!!! I ordered two lights from this place and what a joke. I charged them outside in sun for 3 days like paperwork said and installed and one comes on but the full moon light is brighter and the other I've never got to work at all. I've called and emailed this company and keep getting the run around and in their return policy its $30 per idem plus shipping to return so $140 to return something I paid $120 for..lol ok So please share and save others the headaches

After purchasing three lights one did not work out of the box after numerous attempts of calling emails that they never returned finally got ahold of somebody that just give me a bunch of excuses why they were not going to replace the broken one that was sent to me horrible customer service horrible product

Bought two 140 Street lights. One stopped working after 10 months. Thier website says they have a 1 year replacement warranty but when I contacted them they said that warranty only applies if you contact them in the first 30 days. They refuse to replace the light. From BBB and other review sites it is clear that they have no intent to honor the one year warranty. I tried to post a review to thier Facebook site and they deleted it immediately. I tried multiple times and they deleted immediately each time. I filed a complaint thru BBB but company never responded. Don't trust them

Was told two lights were in stock at the end of November. The company asked if I would wait a few weeks for them to come into stock. I heard nothing at the end of November. Contacted them numerous times. They said they were due for dispatch. Lights still haven’t been dispatched and we are now at the 13th December. No compensation offered. No updates as to where they were with my order. Will not be buying from this business again and don’t recommend anybody else too.

They sold poor quality lights that became loose and then tried to claim I didn't fit them correctly. When I showed them the difference in quality between their lights and a different brand, they stopped replying. Now I will take it further. Don't waste your time with these people.

By mistake I only looked at the reviews for this company after I had placed my order. So I was a bit nervous - however my lights turned up quickly and on time by a reputable courier. Very well packaged. Lights were exactly as described and high quality products. Very happy and would consider ordering from this company agan without a worry

I ordered a three light ceiling fitting from The Home Lighting Centre; unfortunately when it arrived, I realised I needed the five light instead. I was able to return the original item, as I'd kept the box, and order the larger fitting. The member of staff I dealt with was very helpful, and the light fitting looks great!

Horrible experience. DO NOT under any circumstances order from this company!! Product arrived damaged. They don't answer their phone. They want the customer to pay shipping back for their damaged product! They don't return phone calls. Absolutely a total scam!! Do business anywhere else. NEVER give your credit card info to them. You will be in for a battle that you don't want to have to fight. Order elsewhere & stay away from this horrible company!

Don't bother, just use one of the many other lighting companies out there that will give you better service. Missing website product info resulted in my ordering lights that don't fit. Following my comms, the product page has now been changed but they won't take any responsibility or pay for the return which I feel they should.

On NO account use this company. We ordered three lights that we could not use (our fault), which we wished to exchange for three different lights with The Lighting Company. The new ones would have cost more and we offered to pay the transport costs. They said ‘no', as we were after the 14 day limit on exchanges or returns. We have had to exchange or return goods long after the 14 days legal deadline and not one company has had a problem with this, even on returns. Use The Lighting Company and you will only have disappointment. I repeat, do NOT use this company.

Very slow to despatch items even though they were in stock. Website says no delays due to Covid so no good reason for this. Once eventually arrived no issues with product but experience with the company means I wouldn’t use them again.

Order placed 29th August with 24 hour dispatch. Now 8th September and still no light or dispatch confirmation. Wish i had read the reviews first. Refund requested. Why advertise 24 hour dispatch if you can't fulfil it. Idiots.

my experience is exactly as per previous reviewer: Products were advertised at a reduced sale price online and the order was placed only to be advised that they were listed at the incorrect price online and we will not be receiving the lights due to the error made by The Home Lighting Centre and it "is not in fact on their web site" when it is and says that it is in stock
