“By mistake I only looked at the reviews for this company after I had placed my order. So I was a bit nervous - however my lights turned up quickly and on time by a reputable courier. Very well packaged. Lights were exactly as described and high quality products. Very happy and would consider ordering from this company agan without a worry”

“lights were cheaper than anywhere else, I ordered four the same for my bathroom but the transformer didn't work on one, so I emailed them and sent a picture and they sent a replacement out straight away. would of given five stars if they were all working in the beginning.”

“The purchase process was quite easy and seller was easy to communicate with. The delivery took longer than anticipated and I have severe reservations about the choice of the delivery agency 'dpd' who are not easy to communicate with”

“Very good price on the lamp I bought,well packaged with a very prompt delivery service. I would have rated them as excellent had the bulbs been included as advertised. However their customer service was helpful and are correcting their mistake.”

“Prices are very good and the website is very good. However we decided to visit the company to see some lights we wanted to buy. To start with the postcode took us to what appeared to be a different company with a different name. On enquiring it was the correct company. The showroom had a limited display and unfortunately not the ones we wanted. We decided to buy anyway but the stock was not there and had to be ordered from the manufacturer . So obviously this means a delay. The website showed that these items were in stock but this not the case. The lady who dealt with us was polite and very helpful. We just hope we do not have to wait too long for delivery.”

“Pleased with the product and it was genuinely reduced as I've seen same product dearer on another site, only gripe is feedback for delivery, I waited for return email and did not receive anything but on contacting about this issue did receive speedy reply”
