Light is excellent. However the delivery was very slow and the light wasn’t received for over a week. I had to email to ask when dispatch was likely. Would shop again as good quality product.

Slow delivery. Although the website said that the item was in stock and despatch was normally within 24 hours, my order had not been despatched after 7 days. I telephoned and they said the order would be despatched that day for delivery the following day, and it was. Shouldn't have been the delay.

Item showed in stock online. Purchased. Email the following day to say the light is out of stock and none available from manufacture until January (3 months). Refund processed quickly, as requested. However, lights still showing as in stock on your website - needs updating.

Easy to contact by telephone or email with friendly and polite advisers. However, the delivery time I was given was optimistic (3-4 working days) and even when I was given a specific day, my purchase was actually delivered the following day. I had no communication from the couriers regarding the time of delivery and I was informed by the Home Lighting Centre (when I phoned them) that it had been delivered to a neighbour. However when I arrived home it had been left in our porch which wasn't a problem but not what I had been advised. (At this stage I think the Home Lighting Centre may just have been using the information given to them (incorrect) by the couriers.)

The lady I spoke to, Beverley was lovely and very helpful, however the product said 'in stock' they took my payment, I did receive the refund quickly but only because I rang up to see what was going on with my order. Also I checked since and the product still says 'in stock' even though they cannot get this product any more. You need to keep your website updated at all times to avoid upsetting customers

I found it difficult to access the company website to find information relating to returns. When I telephoned I understood I would receive labels to attach to the return. However it was just an instruction I contacted by telephone and email

Goods turned as they should being a professional company anything less would suggest opting for another company....plenty to choose from so they should all be sharpening their pencils so to speak!!!

The product is robust & well designed. Unfortunately it wasn't in the finish we had ordered, and despite masses of packaging a small part was bent - presumably in transit. Fortunately we are able to live with the incorrect finish, and have managed to straighten out the bent holder with a pair of pliers. Overall we are very pleased with the end result

All normal sent by post uk without prior advise about the time and date it was caming through email or movile message but in perfect order

Product was fine. Delivery was fine. Website is very difficult to use, requires logins to check your order. I got an email saying my order had been updated, with no information as to what was updated, and then had to try and log in and remember the login details. I contacted support who then said they would fix it. However two days later it had not been fixed, still said I had not purchased any productsand I still could not track my order quickly or easily and gave up.

Do the designers of you lights ever try to fit them ? It needs at least two people in most cases because you have to hold the light whilst connecting the wiring and then fit the light to the ceiling. Bad design.

The shopping experience itself is pleasant. Easy site to navigate and good choice. Only issue is that in this age of instant gratification I am still awaiting delivery of my purchase over a week later so can’t comment on that. I have been told they are waiting for their supplier to ship it out.
