The product is robust & well designed.
Unfortunately it wasn't in the finish we had ordered, and despite masses of packaging a small part was bent - presumably in transit.
Fortunately we are able to live with the incorrect finish, and have managed to straighten out the bent holder with a pair of pliers.
Overall we are very pleased with the end result
