The table lamp I initially ordered was unavailable, I was contacted by your sales rep. Lucy and within half an hour I received a number of alternatives. Her assistance was excellent. I made my choice, this order was placed and paid for and I received the lamp within a few days. All very professional and efficient, a very well deserved well done to all concerned.
