The light fitting arrived within 2 days of placing the order but unfortunately the glass bowl had a chip on one edge. After contacting Customer Services and sending a photograph of the damage, a replacement was promptly despatched and arrived safely 3 days later.
I am very satisfied with the way this problem was handled.
