Very quick; dispatched same day and arrived two days later. Seems to be excellant quality and my lamp was a great price. Fitting instructions weren't bespoke to the product so contained irrelevant information for this specific lamp. Some might find this confusing, however, I guess if you were confused then it probably means you aren't qualified to fit it yourself anyway!
