After making a purchase some months ago without any issues I placed an order on 5th May for a wall light. I'm still waiting for the light to be delivered a week after ordering and I'm not at all happy with the customer service. Immediately after ordering I saw that the light was cheaper on another website and submitted a form requesting a price match. On 10th May, having had no response, I called to check status. Light had been dispatched that day but told price match wouldn't be honoured. First of all told that light wasn't in stock on other website (it was) and then told I should have rang with price match request before placing order. Light should arrive today but sorry THLC I'll not be using you again.
