Products are good selection and quality. On line ordering easy but delivery didnt happen as committed, and after writing to THLC asking where products were I never received a response so finally had to call them to find out they would be at least another week. This made scheduling the electrician impossible knocking back everything over 4 weeks due to poor comms.
