ordered and paid for over a week ago. at the time of ordering I was advised (online) I would receive the item in 3-4 working days.
so far no items have been received , the only contact from the company was when I contacted them to ask where my good were and was advised they have been ordered from their providers . . . not happy at all!!!! items ordered and paid for , not yet received and no courtesy contact from the company!
