TheHut.com sent me the wrong item mud July. Returned at my expense and still waiting for a regund. I have contacted the company on over a dozen occasions. Currently it has been escalated to a senior advisor who assured me it would be sorted out and still no resolve. I have neither the time or energy to continue wirh this battke so instead I will continue to raise awareness of your poor customer service until i get it resolved. On the majority of occasions you just get an automated response
