Ordered Birkenstock EVA Arizona from The Hut on 14 May 24, delivered to my home 29 May, I was kept informed during the deliver process from UK to AUS. I couldn't get brown colour in Aus therefore ordered from The Hut. Delivered on time, product as described and fair price also packaged in paper and cardboard. All good, thanks Alex V.

I gave 1 star simply because theer is no 0. This is just a cheating website. I ordered for a bag from this website in February and paid for it. Then I returned back the bag within 1 week and I have all clues and I got a confirmation from DHL that the parcel was successfully received by thehut.de. However they insist since more than 2 months to cheat and they say that they didnot receive the parcel and refuse to give my money back. I sent many E-Mails and made many claims with all documents, but no positive response from their side. Now I have talked with my lawyer and I know how to get my money back from them.

miserable customerservice options, can reach them only per mail no phone hotline!! and wait always days for an answer. i wanted to return a double ordered jacket in two difference sizes..their policy says if you take one of them and the other one you sent back to them, they will refund you on return shippingcosts,which in my opinion is logical! but in my case not so?? know im here, writing emails after amails . there answered my request with just sending me a further returning option for the jacket i kept!!!. they joking on me..i ,am ao angry! cannot tell !! anybody shouldn´t buy anything there outa UK from europe , complicated as hell, and not consumerfriendly service will not buy anything more there, never ever!!

Please beware of purchasing from The Hut. I returned an item (at my cost) that did not fit. Fortunately I used InPost for the return and received a clear record of the goods being returned to The Hut. Over 3 and half weeks later - no refund has been issued. The Hut has refused to process my refund until they have completed a search of their Warehouse to find the returned goods. Shocking. The Hut have good discounts but it is really not worth the hassle buying from them.

I have had a terrible time dealing with customer services at this company.I bought a slim fit Polo shirt but they sent a standard fit , I received the order 31st Oct & messaged them stating it is not what i ordered. They advised me that this would be dealt with by the " Brand Specialst" that day .Thirteen messages was sent with the same reply , apologising but it was being dealt with b y the brand specialist ! . I wrote emails to the CEO & 2 of the directors with no response . They finally agreed that i could return the item on the 17th November with a promise of a refund . It was back to the apologies & stating that the refund was pending. I realised that i had paid by paypal & reported the Hut too them . I finally got paid on the 5th December . I will never use this company again. If you buy from them & they send the wrong product you are made to feel as though you are lying , buyers beware !

Do not shop here. Horrible horrible company.. you will lose your money. Customer service is deceitful. They sent me the wrong item and after several painful emails back and forth they finally agreed to send me a prepaid return label ( otherwise it would have cost me $120- 190 CAD to send it back.. however there was no place to put the voucher in the link sent. Back to where we started.. the obduridness and obstinence of the customer service is unmatched any where else in the world of shopping. They are a scam.

Terrible quality. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. The shoes I ordered do not appear authentic. Arrived in terrible condition, bent with glitter falling off everywhere and dirty. The Hut customer service is the worst on the internet, gives the run round, misinforms and takes no responsibility for substandard product, even with photographic evidence. They were very misleading in their "resolution" in that I was welcome to return the item. I had no issue with returning, however I simply requested an appropriate prepaid label to ship it back.. especially since the item appeared in such disarray, flawed and inauthentic.. they denied this request and it would have cost me between $125 to $190 CAD for me to ship flip flops back to the UK. It would have been good business and common courtesy to even provide a return label at the very least at the cost it was to ship to me originally. But nope.. total disregard for common decency. Horrible. Will never buy from this company again. Save you money.

Worst shopping experience of my life. First of all delivery was late. Received damaged product but still had to spend for posting return. They credited postage charges as account credit which I would not be using as they are the worst website. They were offering 15% off on product as it was damaged so they agreed it was damaged. Their support and chat service is very slow, you get response after 1-2 days. They are just polite but do not solve your problem.

They are scammers! I've made an order and they've lost it. I didn't receive my parcel after 4 weeks and I wrote more than 4 emails asking them to give me back my money. No action. no reaction. Customer service doesn't care. I paid 135 pounds for nothing. No money, no boots, no answers.

Goods were delivered on time, yet company refuses to give an invoice. Tried talking with them 4 times, each time they think of different reason why they can't give me an invoice.

The hut group of which glossybox and lookfantastic I have dealt with are basically advertising and selling products they do not have I recently ordered a glossybox item it didn't arrive because it wasn't in stock birthday ruined came to Christmas and an advent calendar , something she really looks forward to and low and behold took the order took the money, no box emailed and emailed nothing ,finally got in touch ,no stock and no restock date now comes the battle for a refund .in short conmen who fill their bank accounts with people's hard earned cash and hold onto it with a viselike grip while sit with disappointed partners

I’ve shopped on this website a total of x3 times. The first x2 transactions were fine, no issues. I was on my way to becoming a loyal customer, however the most recent transaction (the third one) was the one that lost me as a customer. First of all, let’s talk about the fact that their website states “Free delivery available worldwide”, but I have never been able to actually get free shipping! On this occasion I had a choice of AUD$26 Standard Shipping or AUD$36 for Express Shipping (delivered within 3 days)… so I paid a bit more thinking I’ll get my item quicker... Three days later I get an email stating “Sorry! Your item still hasn’t been shipped”… what? Why did I even pay extra for this option? I send them a message via their website and long story short it was just an ongoing cycle of me complaining and them saying that customer service will be in contact. The item had since arrived but delivery was genuinely slow. They said they would refund me the postage, but I have yet to receive a refund! It’s been 2 months now and I’m tired of logging in to restart the thread. Not doing this again. Plenty other websites I can shop at that take care of their customers and provide genuine responses that are actioned in a reasonable time frame!

No item received despite paying £5.99 postage. No communication despite 6 emails to chase said item, no phone number to reach anyone, totally rubbish and will never buy from them again.

TheHut.com sent me the wrong item mud July. Returned at my expense and still waiting for a regund. I have contacted the company on over a dozen occasions. Currently it has been escalated to a senior advisor who assured me it would be sorted out and still no resolve. I have neither the time or energy to continue wirh this battke so instead I will continue to raise awareness of your poor customer service until i get it resolved. On the majority of occasions you just get an automated response

I ordered and paid for a facial gel product but never received it. The number they provide in their email is a bad number and I’m not able to track the delivery. There’s no way to contact customer service, if they even have one. I wish I had read the reviews before I paid for the order. This company is not legit! I’m going to demand a refund from my credit card company.

So very very difficult to reach someone! They had my address wrong (my typo) and refused to correct the address. Finally, hours later, offered to cancel order. I said YES cancel, but by that time they were closed so I have to wait until tomorrow to find out if they did in fact cancel it. It has been a nightmare trying to ensure that they wouldn’t send my order TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! Good price but not worth the stress. Never again! My advice: stay away from this place.
