Awful experience and terrible company to deal with. Returns process is overly long and convoluted and their Customer Service team take a long time to respond. I received a faulty product with very sharp stitching and they asked for photos of the soles of the shoes. Then took three days to ask for further photos of shoes I have not worn and cannot wear. I just want to return the faulty product and receive a refund. As yet, I have not even been given returns details. Avoid this site at all costs.

The Hut sent me a different size shoe to that which I ordered. I had to log in to request a return. Then after several days they e mailed to tell me to upload a photo and share it via the message app. I uploaded the photo with a description of the issue . ts a bot - and the bot said it would refer me to an agent . I doubt there is an agent. I doubt they intend to rectify the problem. I am still waiting for the message app to respond. Do not use this website .

Absolutely AWFUL! I enquired about an item that had missing parts and it's been 3 weeks since, and no update. They just keep asking for my billing address and postal address. They take two days to reply to one message. They are entirely incompetent!

Order number: 386015004. I paid for my order on the 26th of February, and I'm still waiting for my refund. They are an unethical shop that charges the customers money but doesn't give a refund because they received a jacket instead of two pairs of shoes. If the courier messed up with orders, you shouldn't put the burden on your client's shoulders. I want my money back. Such disrespectful company. Shame on you

Worst customer service EVER!! I order an item and cancelled it a few days after. They still delivered it to me and want me to pay the heavy FEDEx charges.. Although they have beautiful items and I only buy online this has been the worst experience.

Just like everyone else. I made a purchase. Received a letter saying delay in mailing. Than they didn't have product and I would receive refund the way I purchased it in 3-5 days. Tried to contact them with no reply. Still no refund. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! I PAID IMMEDIATELY. ITS FINE THEY CANT FULFILL MY ORDER BUT REFUND MY $$$ AS STATED. VERY DISAPPOINTED & ANGRY! HORRIBLE PPL. DO NOT RECOMMEND. NEGATIVE A MILLION. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! STAY CLEAR!

I've had no resolution in my faulty return, I've been sent back and forth for weeks from different staff members, to only be told no one can help. The returns is stuck is Poland customs upon chasing it up, and giving appropriate phone numbers to staff to follow it up why its been held, I was told it's not their problem, I only fooled their instruction,the item is faulty and they came back saying they don't follow up with change of mind, don't buy from this company it takes weeks to get respond, by the time you think it's getting somewhere it's months later... very dodgy company

WORSE COMPANY EVER buy from someone else with a better customer service. even if it will cost a bit more than in Thehut - it worth it. Thehut might sell it for less, but I spend almost a month with trying to communicate with them about my lost order - and up until today- never got my order or a refund.

For a third time they sold me the item they don't have on stock, so people, be aware of the fraud! What they do is selling also items they don't have on stock, they take our money and after that just don't shipp the item! Then they send a few emails about how busy they are, apologising for not shipping the package yet. And in the end they just cancel your order, but not refunding the money yet. So long story short, we (the customers) are landing money to this fraud "company" for free - they sell us the items they don't have, take our money, using OUR money for a month or so and then just cancel the order and return the money (eventually). I allready said to myself I will forget this fraud "company" exists, but for some reason I decided to give them one more chance - don't make the same BIG MISTAKE. I have all the evidences in my emails! Chears!

Goods not delivered. Over 1 month later and I'm still waiting for a refund. They have a form which I had to download, fill out, sign and return. The first time this was acknowledged but heard no more. After several emails I was informed it was blank, I sent it again, this time it wasn't filled out right, instead of the reference number they wanted all items listed. Ok, I've done that.....no reply!!

They are scammers. I bought a bag supposedly genuine to turn out it made from my country. I could have bought the bag fior 50pcs and sold it myself online to rival them 🤬

I bought what was supposed to be a luxury sleeved fleece blanket from Cnhut back in September. Waited over a month for it to arrive even though delivery charge was £6.99. What arrived was nothing more than a piece of rag, absolutely disgusting. Customer service is appalling and I would not recommend them to anyone. I only wish I’d read the feedback on trustpilot before I ordered.

TheHut processed and took payment for an order which I had initially cancelled. The customer representative on the chat box was not helpful, he sent me a return form for which I will have to bear the return postage cost for something I had cancelled… great solution…

Scam website, I ordered a month ago and still didn't ship my order and don't want to return my money although they are not going to ship it. Don't buy from them there are many good alternatives.

Rubbish customer service and delivery. My item was not delivered and I’m still trying to obtain a refund. No sign of it and it takes them days to respond to any issues. They keep on saying to log in and respond to messages which I do and NOTHING gets sorted. The last thing they will do is giving your money back. SCAM. Won’t be using this website EVER again.

I placed an order to get the item delivered within 3 days. I paid around $15 for express shipping from the UK to Sydney, Australia. after waiting for 5 days I decided to follow up through live chat and DHL tracking. I got told through live chat that "Unfortunately due to current circumstances we have to allow 30 days for this to get to you." DHL date of delivery is more than 2 weeks time. I can't believe I paid for shipping and I'm getting asked 30days to wait. if I knew this at the time of the order i wouldn't have placed the order. this is pure manipulation getting customers to buy the product giving the wrong information. this is cheating customers' time. I asked for a refund and refused by the team saying that the order is still active and they cant refund. they apologised for the inconvenience and they cant do anything about it since the delivery is not their responsibility which is utter non sense. DHL has guaranteed delivery times and they should get compensation if the order is not met. at least this is my experience with DHL. I regret ordering with TheHut. there is no customer support . just apologising is not customer support. avoid TheHut.com my Order number: 237497334

Is there a minus 5 review? Misleading advertising for discounts and free delivery they do not offer. Codes that don’t work even though you fit the criteria to get the discount and they do not care in the slightest. Poor service, support and problem resolution. Not wasting my time.

Con artists! I was looking for a specific boss t shirt. I had accidentally put mine in the dryer and it had shrunk, so was looking to replace it! I got in touch with them via online chat. I asked if they had a "boss 50333808 tiburt 33 t-shirt in black" in stock? I asked first to save the hassle of getting the wrong one and having to mess about returning it and lose money on postage since it would be my fault.... So the agent provided a link to a t-shirt on their website. Having complete confidence that they provided me the shirt I had asked for, I bought the t-shirt they provided in the link! The t-shirt arrived. It was the wrong one! It looked similar, it was black, but the material and cut were totally different. Checked the tag and found it wasn't the t-shirt I asked for! So back on online chat again and asked how to return the item, explaining what had happened. They sent me an email with a return slip expecting me to pay for the return postage out my pocket!! Unbelievable!! This time I phoned and they agreed to pay for return postage as they agreed this was their fault. So in total I paid £28.99. They got it back and I got a refund for £25. The £3.99 postage they kept! So basically all I got from this company is false information conning me into buying something I didn't want. Even though I asked them before buying it if it was the correct shirt I was looking for. Then when I returned it they didn't even give me a full refund!! I'm £4 out of pocket because they lied to me saying they had something in stock, which they hadn't! So a load of hassle, £4 down and didnt even get the shirt I wanted. Suffice to say I'll be letting everyone know not to use your company on the many social networks I'm on.....

Very happy with the efficiency of transaction and service. I purchased new gh d straighteners for the wife. Fully recommended, will be using this company again.
