I ordered an i phone 13 grade A. When it arrived it had a deep visible scratch/crack. I phoned them immediately and spoke to two fiffrent females, they both fobbed me off, especially the first one who accused the royal mail delivery of damaging the phone. A load of rubbish as it was properly packaged. I think their quality control was poor and also when i phoned to complain about the phone they didnt even apologise. They did however tell me to send it back and I was refunded. This was the 2nd time i used this company so felt confident as I had no problem the first time and my grade A phone was as decribed sadly not the case second time around!
