I have bought a refurbished iphone in "excellent" condition. However, upon receiving it, I discovered that its battery would last less than an hour, making it impossible for me to actually use the phone outside the home. Being of a certain age, I was hoping to use the phone for my bus pass, which would have been installed by my grandson with an app. Evidently, I could not use the buss pass on the phone at all because by the end of a regular bus journey the battery would have died already. I was quite disappointed by the whole experience. I have asked for a refund but it is taking quite long for it to be processed it. Quite disappointing and sad, really. Sorry!
