After having telecommunication with customer service at ioutlet. Which was efficiently conducted. We visited the shop to purchase a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro Max and a refurbished ipad. This we did. The company representative, named Jack could not have been more helpful. He gave guidance it transferring data from the old items onto the new items and gave advice.
