Turned up and never leveled lawn, came back and removed some soil but layed turf on uneven ground and grass that had started growing again. The lawn is bumpier than what I had before they started. Always in a rush, first time in out in half an hour, second time about 3/4 hour, not professional at all, definitely would not recommend.
