Worst referencing company ever. The landlord said it won't take more than 3 days to do the referencing. It took them 2 weeks to do the referencing.
If your bank is not on their list of open banking then be prepared to wait a long while before the referencing is done.
Instead of them chasing you, you will have to chase them. To call them you will have to hold for 20 mins each time before you get to one of the 'customer service advisor'.
LITERALLY THE WORST Referencing company. If your profile has been sent to them be mentally prepared to be harrassed.
