Pretty bad service, despite we provided all the information required, they insisted on "...provide us with an instant, one-off “snapshot” of your payments over the last 12 months." by connecting to our bank account... what!!?? Why in hell do you need access to all my payments just to confirm that I pay my rent and get my salary, when I have already provided you enough evidences of that?
