Unfortunately I wasn't able to write this review with 0 stars.
It's not only the worst referencing firm I've ever seen it seems to employ people who are devoid of all the knowledge that's needed to carry out this sensitive process.
They are over invasive, obstructive without even realising so, and their software is clunky and restrictive.
I strong advise landlords, agents and prospective tenants not to engage with it as it is a time wasting exercise that is inaccurate in so many ways. Not fit for purpose!!
