Tedious and convoluted process. They won't notify you if they require more information, so you have to keep in constant contact or your move-in date will be delayed. It can take up to 30 minutes for them to pickup the phone. I once waited from half 4 to 5 only for an automated voicemail to then tell me they've closed.
They wouldn't tell me what information my guarantor is missing because of privacy reasons, if a date or figure is missing from a letter/reference then they'll reject you but won't notify you, and they'll want everything from you for the last 3 years: bank statement, proof of rent paid from 3 years ago, references from 3 years ago, access to your banking etc.
After 4 weeks, including my move-in being delayed, I gave up. I told the landlord that I'm no longer moving in because of The Lettings Hub and found somewhere else.
