Absolutely useless!!!! there is nothing i could write here about lettings hub that everyone here has not experienced themselves. they simply do not know what they are doing. the person answering the phone is not the one "doing the work". ( or not doing the work as in this case) . they attach documents, then remove them from the portal afterwards, or they confirm they have received them, then lose them or delete them off the portal. all they do is stress out everyone that has to deal with them , including the letting agent who wants tenants processed quickly to provide a service to the landlords. Take ages to answer the phone as well. Have to hangup half the time. AVOID.
