I am not a smoker, but I have a couple of Zippo lighters that while not especially old (2005) had both suffered stripped threads in the flint tube due to non original springs and screws being fitted. I use them to light a couple of woodburners.
New units from The Lighter Shop have brought them back to life, and most importantly I know for sure that what I have fitted is genuine Zippo parts. That’s important to me.
