“Ordered on the 2nd of January,received order confirmation , but still no lighter. I have tried emailing them, using their contact form, messaging them on their socials and phoning, but no one replies! Appalling customer service. I will now have to contact my bank to see if they can give me my money back. Urgh!”

“I ordered a lighter and although I have no dispatch confirmation at all for 11 days and no customer service response, it did finally turn up after 12 days and I must say it's beautifully engraved and a lovely lighter. Customer service is terrible but the quality of the product and the engraving is more than I could have wished Many thanks b.forrester”

“I ordered a Zippo lighter on the 16th June 2025 and I received a confirmation email It's been 10 working days and no more contact or email from them since I placed the order. I haven't the order and I have sent emails to customer service but no response whatsoever. I'm £60 out of pocket and no customer service. I don't know what to do. It has caused me stress for the last few days in particular.”

“I ordered an engraved lighter and received a plain one instead. I tried contacting The Lighter Shop in 3 different ways and didn't hear anything back, it's now been a few weeks and I have given up and will have to pay extra for somewhere else to engrave it. That being said, delivery was quick.”
