I ordered a Zippo lighter on the 16th June 2025 and I received a confirmation email
It's been 10 working days and no more contact or email from them since I placed the order. I haven't the order and I have sent emails to customer service but no response whatsoever. I'm £60 out of pocket and no customer service. I don't know what to do. It has caused me stress for the last few days in particular.
