No contact to numerous emails, online queries and Facebook messages. No phone number listed and the one I found after hours of searching just rang out.
Waiting on a refund. Quality of the lighter wasn’t what I expected but my issue is with the lack of any kind of customer service.
Appreciate the current situation may make things harder but this has been months now.
Please respond and issue my refund. Item has been returned via recorded delivery and signed for.
