I ordered a Zippo lighter for a birthday present. I paid £2.95 and was told delivery would be 3 days. I still hadn’t received it 13 days later. I missed the birthday and had to buy something else as I didn’t have a gift.
I appreciate that you have no control over the post but I think that wait was unacceptable. I e mailed twice about it and I’m still waiting for a reply.
