I tried numerous times by email and phone to contact you but to no avail.....still awaiting a reply.......
I was pleased with the purchase of the lighter but as I had it engraved for my grandsons 21st birthday was very disappointed with the result as you could hardly see the inscription, and as I said above I tried to contact you and had to give it to my grandson and explain my disappointment, so would not order or recommend this company to anyone!
