I ordered a genuine brass Zippo with an engraving in Italian. The product is perfect, as is teh engraving. I ordered it between Christmas and New Year and received an immediate and accurate order confirmation, an update when it was dispatched and suffice it to say it arrived on time and protectively wrapped. All in all I was delighted and would highly recommend The Lighter Shop!
