I ordered a lighter with quite specific instructions on how and where the engraving was to be done. As a further complication it was to be engraved both sides. I emailed Adrian my requirements and within a couple of days it arrived and was exactly as I had envisaged. I'm certain my friend will be thrilled with it. I am happy to recommend The Lighter Shop.
