The sure itself is so easy to use and the products seem very good, I was very pleased that my lighter came a day before it was said to arrive only two days after making the purchase! The only thing I would complain about is the engraving on te lighter in that it, for me, is very small however that could be very easily fixed, perhaps with a sizing option? Overall very very pleased.
