I was really pleased with this service. I wanted a lighter engraved on both sides, which I couldn't do on the website. I emailed and Adrian was extremely helpful. Not only did he make sure the engraving was sorted, he also got it in the post the same day so it arrived on time for my friend's birthday. I was also very happy with the quality of the product. 10/10!
