I bought a pair of boots and had to return due to size issues. Exchange was fast and I’m happy with them now. I bought my wife a pair and again a size issue ( one boot smaller then the other ),it’s been a nightmare. Boots were returned 20 days ago but no refund. When I call, I have been on hold for at least 30 minutes each of the 5 times I have called. No answer 3 of the 5 times, the two other times the person at the other end hung up on me. Time well wasted on my part. No one answers my emails. I unfortunately will be taking my business elsewhere. Hope to get my money back at some point though.
