I returned a pair of boots in March 2022. I contacted them April 8 because I still had no refund and they confirmed they received the boots back. They assured me they were processing my return. I called them every 2 weeks after that to be told each time that the refund process had only just started and I should see my refund within a week. It is now mid-May and still no refund. Will never purchase directly from Muck Boot again. WORST service.
