Purchased boots on 17th of November 2023, after approximately 6 weeks of use the internal material on the back had work through completely meaning the boots were rendered unwearable due to the edged of the material now rubbing against the achilles.
Customer "support" have stated this is wear and tear and therefore will provide no assistance.
You would be better off buying unbranded chinese boots on ebay. At least then you are paying a reduced rate for what a similar pair of substandard boots with 0 durability and effectively no warranty.
