Awesome customer service! Immediately after I ordered boots, on a Saturday, I realized I ordered the wrong color. I emailed right away and got a response from Jen that same day saying that on Monday, she would try to catch shipping and get the color I wanted. I got an email from Jen on Monday saying that she hooked me up, and the color I wanted were on there way! Woooh Jen!!! She's the best!
