My husband loves his Woody Elite Boots. For Christmas I purchased the Arctic Pro Boot. He tried the boot on Christmas morning and said he needed a size larger. I repackaged the boots with all of the paperwork and had them mailed back within a couple of days. Today I received a e-mail with photos stating the boots were worn and dirty. That is total BS! They say the cannot accept my return and give no further comment. So I guess they keep my return and I pay for two pair?! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
