Ordered 2 pair of boots and one wasn't exactly what my wife really wanted. I contacted Muckboots to set up an exchange. The Muck Boot staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. We received the new boots in about 4 days and Ieverything was as smooth as possible. There was no cost to return the other boots because it was an exchange. This is my 2nd pair of Muckboots and the 3rd pair for my wife and they are the most comfortable boots on the market and your feet will never be cold.
