I called the store for help and I told them that I have large ankles and lower legs and maybe the boots would be too tight..She suggested roll them down and that would stretch them...I rec'd the boot on time and everything went to put them on and no way so I have done what she suggested by rolling them down and to date I have not been able to get them on my feet..
