I ordered Muck Boots as I had a pair and loved them a while back. I ordered a size 6 and couldn't fit into them so I needed to exchange them for a size 7. I emailed them with no response. I tried the customer service number and waited 50 minutes and was still on hold. I will never buy another Muck Boot again as their customer service is non existent.
