I recently order a pair for my daughters birthday and they were too tight on her calf, so I called and talked to a representative who was very nice and helpful. She has a mid calf boot comparable to the one I ordered which wii be exchanged for the ones I have. She is to mail me a return label , because my iPad doesn't print. Hopefully I'll be able to do the exchange successfully. My son has a pair that I bought him and is very happy with them and uses them here on the farm. I would highly recommend these boots.
