I recently bought a pair of Arctic Weekend boots from the Muck Boot Store as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately, the boot ran a bit large, so I needed to order the next size down, which was out of stock, according to the website. The website indicated that exchanges qualified for free shipping AND returns, but there was no mention of their paying for returns if there was not an exchange. I contacted MBS, and after a few texts, was told that they would happily pay for the return postage and give a full refund. So I was very satisfied with the final outcome, but must say that, in order to be competitive, and to build consumer loyalty, I strongly suggest that MBS make FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS a matter of course, and list it proudly and boldly on your website and ordering page.
