The Muck's customer service representative (Jenn) who I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful during our phone conversation. The Muck Boot Store website is user friendly and provides sufficient information relative to the various boot options but her attention to detail provided so much more. I've only worn the low profile Excursion Pro boot to this date and have been very happy with this selection.
