Was called by customer service to confirm order as had different billing (New York) & mailing (Colorado) addresses. Boots were gift for grandson. I did appreciate her checking especially in this age of credit card hacking & online scams. Tracking has shown boots delivered but they are Christmas present so don't know yet about satisfaction. These are 2nd pair so I am sure they will be satisfactory.
