Had a problem with shipping due to bad weather. Was leaving on a work project and needed them,so I called the company and they sent them to the address I was going to plus reimbursed the expedited shipping and switched to regular shipping. They also used a discount coupon. The boots arrived at the needed location before I did!! Awesome customer support.... THANKS to the MUCK BOOT STORE
